We are looking to hire a Principal Manager, Product Management candidate to join us in our efforts, which includes exciting scenarios with CoPilot and integration across the broader Microsoft Security portfolio. Technology and Artificial Intelligence (AI) are becoming more essential for businesses and individuals at an accelerating pace. The Identity and Network Access (IDNA) Division and its Customer Experience Engineering (CxE) team are tasked with providing secure and efficient access for people and companies to the world's digital resources.
To achieve this mission, the Customer Acceleration Team (CAT) within CxE collaborates with customers and product groups to anticipate, amplify and systemically solve customer needs. We work with different types of organizations around the world and then innovate and show thought leadership with the relevant feature teams to influence the product based on these customer insights. We mainly work in the incubation space, focusing on new and emerging products and features, ensuring customer success and adoption in the early stages. Responsibilities
Collaborate with all levels of customer stakeholders (C-suite to engineers) to understand and advise them regarding their toughest Identity and Security scenarios, strategies and deployments
Use customer insights, research and data to develop thought leadership collateral and influence appropriate product groups to plan, build and deliver solutions that meet these customer needs and market opportunities. Navigate and create accountability at Product/Engineering Director and VP levels.
Develop plans to incubate features and solutions, collaborating with product groups, marketing and other stakeholders.
Ensure the team is resourced appropriately and execute on these plans, tracking to specific Objectives and Key Results.
Model, Coach, Care (if Manager role) Build, guide, coach and support the team to maximize their impact and support their career growth.

Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years’ experience in product/service/project/program management or software development
OR equivalent experience.
4+ years people management experience.
4+ years exepreince with track record of building and mentoring virtual or directly managed teams and fostering a sense of inclusiveness and respect.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with all levels of an organization, from senior executives to others, and across all functions, from business to technical, and across multiple geographies.
Other Requirements
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
Additional Or Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree AND 10+ years’ experience in product/service/project/program management or software development
OR equivalent experience.
6+ years people management experience.
5+ years’ experience in deploying, testing or designing enterprise solutions using Microsoft Identity and/or Microsoft Security technologies.
An ability to work well in fast-paced, uncertain situations where you need to define the problem, goal, solution and then execute it to the end
Product Management M5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $133,600 - $256,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $173,200 - $282,200 per year.
