This position is hybrid based out of our Waltham, MA. We are unable to offer work sponsorship for this role.

The Office Manager role is to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication, safety, and organize and coordinate administrative duties and office procedures. Office manager's duties and responsibilities include scheduling meetings and appointments, making office supplies arrangements, greeting visitors and providing general administrative support and services to management and employees.

Your impact:

Greeting vendors, customers, guests, new employees and guiding them accordingly

Perform general administrative tasks such as managing conference room schedules, dinner reservations as needed, ordering employee life event gifts

Manage the office culture by scheduling and hosting employee events such as Friendsgiving, Halloween party, etc..

Keep office clean and safe

Stock and organize the kitchen and office supplies

Calendar management as well as act as a liaison to building management on all issues regarding lease hold improvements and repairs

About you:

College Degree preferred

2+ years of experience

Organized

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Track record of success in previous roles as office manager

Strong time management skills and ability to multitask

Proficient in Microsoft office outlook.

Ability to maintain confidentiality of company information
