Hill & Knowlton supports the Ford Communications team and is looking for talent to join its Employee Engagement and Employee Communications team.

Overview:
Supports an execution of an employee engagement initiatives, including both virtual and on-site events
Focuses on coordinating between various Communications teams (Product Comms, Corporate Comms, DEI, etc.) to proactively create, track and advance opportunities for engagement
Supports the internal communications team in activating a passionate employee base as advocates
What you’ll be doing:
Participate in communications projects and teams to ensure engagement opportunities are comprehended and executed across the organization
Support on-site events and activations to ensure excellence in execution
Track projects and work with all partners to ensure deliverables are met on-time
Collaborate with internal and agency partners to stay current / relevant on engagement trends
Create program and project reports with results and highlights
Monitors comments on internal channels and provides reports
Manage promotion campaigns and participation

What You’ll Need
2 years of experience in event execution
Experience in internal communications is a plus
Strong organizational and project management skills
Good command of English and communications skills
Must be located in SE Michigan and available to support meetings and events onsite
