Job Summary Client Satisfaction will be responsible to ensure the client’s expectations are entirely achieved and all post-delivery customer service issues are seamlessly resolved. This position works across Showrooms, Production and Freight to elevate the client experience by proactively addressing concerns and delivering unparalleled customer service. Principal Responsibilities but not limited to: Ownership of all customer service issues to ensure that clients are completely satisfied with their HH Product.
Work with business units and showrooms to resolve all cancelled orders, refunds and replacements.
Resolve all customer complaints via emails and phone calls.
Obtain pricing to determine most cost-effective process for CS resolution.
Manage and maintain Service Management Tool for accurate data surrounding CS Issues.
Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within acceptable time limits and follow up to ensure this is being met.
Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with showrooms and clients to establish a positive rapport.
Work with Business Units to stay updated on product knowledge and any changes in company processes.
Principal Goals but not limited to: Offer a client first mentality to all customer service issues.
Resolve CS Issues by clarifying client’s complaint, determine cause of the problem and explaining best solution to solve the problem.
Understand Sale Staff needs to build relationships and trust with showrooms through open and interactive communication.
Drive service response time and resolution for showrooms/clients.
Provide product feedback and suggestion to BU surrounding CS issues.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree Or Equivalent Work Experience Preferred Experience:3 plus years of Customer Service Experience in the Home Furnishings Industry.Skills:Ability to multitaskExcellent communication skills both written and verbalOrganized, detailed oriented, and self-drivenProficient in Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook Who We Hire?
