Admission to the state bar.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial litigation and general business litigation.
Proven trial experience, including the ability to handle complex legal disputes.
Extensive experience in discovery and deposition.
Proficient in motion practice and drafting briefs.
Exceptional research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex legal arguments clearly and persuasively.
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to resolve disputes efficiently.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
