The licensed nurse educator will prepare and maintain curriculum, teaching guides, and educational materials; support unit based clinical onboarding; complete skills inventories, competency reports, and simulation experience reports; maintain data systems to track the number of applicants, job offers, successful onboarding completers, and retention rates by position.
