Job Description:
As a Customer Service Advocate in our Call Center Focus department, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional inbound support to BMW, MINI, and Rolls-Royce customers throughout the various stages of their financial services contracts. Your role involves ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency while delivering premium customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Interact with customers from BMW, MINI, and Rolls-Royce, delivering top-tier customer service during different phases of their financial services contracts.
Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures to ensure accurate and efficient support.
Utilize a range of computer applications proficiently to assist customers effectively.
Apply your previous experience in customer service, retail, or food service to enhance interactions with premium brand customers.
Leverage de-escalation skills to manage challenging customer situations.
Demonstrate strong time management, attention to detail, and a commitment to accountability.
Thrive in a fast-paced environment, contributing to a reliable and efficient workflow.
Display business maturity and passion for assisting customers.
Collaborate effectively with a diverse team to meet and exceed customer expectations.
Skills and Qualifications:
Customer service experience, retail, or food service background.
Proficiency in using multiple computer applications.
Experience working with premium brands or services.
Previous call center experience is a plus.

Accrued Paid Time Off (PTO) at a rate of 1 day per month.
Department Hours: Monday  Thursday: 9 am  9 pm
Friday: 9 am  6 pm
Shifts: Must be available to work between 9 am and 9 pm.
Shifts will vary based on department hours, requiring 1 Â 3 late shifts per week.
Schedules will be assigned weekly, with changes evaluated quarterly.
Schedule: Initial 90 days on assignment will be in the office.
Hybrid schedule eligibility after passing assessment: 2 work-from-home days and 3 days in the office.
Training Program: 4-week in-office training, including classroom and side-by-side sessions.
Training Schedule: Monday  Friday: 9 am  6 pm, with a 1-hour assigned lunch break.
