Program Manager, Stabilization & Community Support Program for Homeless Individuals

Boston, MA, United States

Description

FamilyAid is Greater Boston's leading provider of solutions to family homelessness. Our mission is to empower parents and caregivers facing homelessness to secure and sustain housing and build solid foundations for their children's futures.

We prevent homelessness whenever possible; reduce harm if homelessness can't be avoided by getting families stably housed as quickly as possible and mitigating trauma, especially for children; and provide wraparound supports for children and parents that foster long-term stability.

FamilyAid provides children and parents with a path to permanent housing via educational programs, housing search and placement support, and connections to vital resources they need to return to their own homes. We employ a two-generation (2Gen) educational model that focuses on parents and children's needs, teaching families how to quickly overcome the barriers they face to return to stable housing.

We have quadrupled in size in the last five years and remain on an exciting growth trajectory to serve more than 5,000 children and parents this year. We have launched bold new strategies to reduce two-generation homelessness by deepening and increasing our prevention, housing, and supportive services for children and parents. Significant new funding powers our strategic vision of serving more families through a deepened 2Gen approach that reduces homelessness's cause, scope, and impact.

Our supportive, collaborative, diverse workplace of more than 120 professionals is ideal for a skilled, result-oriented manager driven to help children and families thrive. FamilyAid has been recognized as a 2023 Top Workplace by the Boston Globe Media.

To support these strategies, the agency seeks a dynamic and driven Program Manager, Stabilization & Community Support Program for Homeless Individuals (CSP-HI).

The Program Manager, Stabilization & CSP-HI will oversee compliance, credentialing, and business operations of FamilyAid’s CSP-HI program, that provides ongoing resources through MassHealth for intervention services for health, as well as for 2Gen services.

The Program Manager, Stabilization & Community Support Program for Homeless Individuals (CSP-HI) will lead the creation and implementation of internal policies required by MassHealth.

They assist Director in identifying behavioral health and other 2Gen supports eligible for CSP-HI, in ensuring HIPAA compliance across programs, and in assisting the Director in identifying behavioral health and other 2Gen supports eligible for CSP-HI.

The agency supports professional growth, and offers competitive salaries, health, and dental plans, an employer-contributed 403b retirement plan, and a generous paid time off package.
