Job Description

Lead and Support theFood & Beverage operations team ensuring all brand, service, compliance and department standards & procedures are followed.
Lead and support theFood & Beverage outlets in achievement of their financial and operational targets through establishment of a positive culture, clear expectations and policy and procedural implementation.

Qualifications
Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Managementpreferred.
Minimum 3years hospitality experience in Hotel food and beverage management.
Previous Food & Beverage management experience required.
Knowledge of service, cost control in F&B, labor controls, human relations, maintenance and merchandising.
