Job Description Job Description Summary: This position will serve as legal administrative support to the Sr. Legal Analyst and General Counsel. As a member of the legal team, the person is responsible for correspondence, communication, and effective completion of tasks to maintain legal adherence for Apotheco Pharmacy Group and its many related entities.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following, other duties may be assigned;
Assist with drafting legal documents and correspondence and obtaining necessary signatures from all parties as required
Complete various legal documents, such as Board of Pharmacy license applications, credentialing, insurance, PBM & PSAO applications
Complete via mail and/or fax submissions of legal correspondence
Organize and maintain legal documents in various databases, including the contract management software, LicenseLogix, Smartsheet and SharePoint
File formation of entities, including preparation of entity organizational documents
Work with HR & Compliance with training and regulatory requirements
Ongoing communication and coordination with personnel across various departments within the company
Create organizing and tracking systems for legal / compliance departments
Conduct market research for new pharmacy openings and pharmacy acquisition
Coordinating and scheduling meetings
Performs other duties as assigned
Education/Experience:
Health Care of Pharmacy Experience preferred but not required
Proficient in Word and Excel.
Ability to communicate effectively within various levels of the organization.
