Summary:

This position is part of the Finance Operations team that manages the Accounts Receivable and Marketing Contra team for the Channel division.

The position has a broad scope of accountabilities to support the team activities.

This roleis responsible for generating various operational and financial reporting, and analysis projects.

In addition, this position will be responsible for managing, analyzing, and enhancing channel programs that have been implanted in the partner channel to increase revenue and profitability.

Responsibilities :

Assemble and summarize data for financial internal/external purposes.

Conduct benchmarking and process analysis

Publish scorecards, and dashboards against KPIs, customer and product profitability.

Drive process improvement and policy development initiatives.

Responsible for detecting, preventing, and investigating fraud by assisting in investigations by reviewing accounts, transactions, and trends

Procure, interpret, and analyze channel marketing documentation to administer, calculate and ensure accurate and on-time payment of all contractual rebate obligations.

Develop effective business relationships with sales and customer counterparts to interpret contract terms, align calculation/processing efforts, and work collaboratively to resolve issues.\

Proactively identifies dispute patterns, abnormalities, technical problems, and interface issues and effectively communicates or escalates to appropriate teams.

Ownership of ongoing data needs for channel sales campaigns and programs.

Qualifications :

Minimum Education Level: B.A./B.S. Degree required or relevant experience, with degrees in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting preferred.

Relevant Work Experience: 3+ years of experience as a financial or sales marketing analyst.

Ability to work independently and as a member of a team to deliver high-quality work.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with advanced judgment capability.

Demonstrate strong communication (both verbal and written), interpersonal, and customer service skills, and exchange information with others clearly and concisely.

Exceptional experience required in working with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint to drive sales and operations reporting and analysis. Oracle experience is a plus.

Self-starter, able to quickly learn and adapt to new processes and technologies to meet business needs and drive business value.

Enjoys working in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.

Flexibility to adapt and able to manage multiple assignments while working independently

Experience with channel programs and incentive campaigns.
