Senior Consultant/Analyst (Certified Executive Coach)

The Senior Business Analyst/Certified Executive Coach will provide strategy, organizational development, and business process improvement services to assist customers with business transformation efforts. This includes analyzing the current state and recommending new or enhanced organizational structures, initiatives, programs, and processes. The Senior Business Analyst will work independently with minimal supervision, but typically reports to a Project Manager. The ideal candidate will possess strong consulting, analytical, and communication skills (verbal, visual, and written). The candidate will create impactful deliverables and must be comfortable working with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Duties may include, but are not limited to:
Review, analyze, and interpret complex documents, including existing plans, policies, procedures, presentations, guidance documents, and internal and external memos
Assess the effectiveness of organizational structures, initiatives, programs, and processes
Document the existing capability (current state) for an organization and its associated programs
Document processes using process improvement methodologies (for example, Lean Six Sigma) to identify gaps and organizational inefficiencies
Design and facilitate workshops, focus groups, workgroups, and strategic planning sessions
Design and facilitate meetings and conferences, including handling logistics
Prepare agendas, meeting minutes, summaries, and After-Action Reports
Develop change management and stakeholder engagement strategies
Interview stakeholders to elicit requirements and to gain an in depth understanding of roles, responsibilities, staffing, budgets, authorities, and other elements that impact organizational and program performance
Develop narratives and visualizations using Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and other graphic and written formats to communicate results
Develop communication plans and internal and external communication products, including but not limited to emails, fact sheets, presentations, and reports to convey information and facilitate stakeholder and senior leadership buy-in
Perform 360 assessments
Provide executive coaching and team coaching
Deliver concrete feedback to coaches about behaviors, decisions, and team dynamics
Education:
BA/BS degree required
MA/MS degree in a related field preferred
Coaching certification is required (ICF ACC or above)
PMP certification is a plus

Experience:
Minimum 8 (eight) years of experience in related field
Experience in working on government contracts in a consultative manner
DHS/FEMA Experience preferred
Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint required
Executive-level coaching, consulting, or related experience
Experience with 360 and other psychometric assessments
Strong understanding of adult learning as well as behavioral, cognitive and social psychology
Must be US Citizen and Clearable
Work Environment: The primary work location of this position is Washington D.C. Metro area, remote work is allowed but not guaranteed. If you live outside the commutable area, travel expenses are not reimbursed to the primary work location.
