We know how unusual that is in today’s job landscape. When you create an environment that challenges people to rise to their potential and celebrates them for their contributions, longevity is a natural result.

We want you to grow with us. In the next three to five years, Komar and its subsidiaries are poised for rapid growth. We will have many opportunities to develop and refine your skill sets to grow into higher-level positions. Some of our staff even transition between departments when they find another path to be more aligned with their abilities and interests. We want you to love what you do and continue to evolve with us as we meet the challenges of the future.
