Job Summary: The Corporate FP&A Team is responsible for leading the development and execution of enterprise financial growth strategy, annual planning, and performance management efforts. The team succeeds by driving financial visibility and accountability, building strong relationships, and grounding in facts with executive and finance teams across the company. Ideal candidates for this team will have a bias towards action, exceptional partnership and communication skills, and know-how to balance getting the details right while still moving quickly. Curiosity and initiative are required daily to develop, outline, and execute on a meaningful path forward. Reporting to the Director of FP&A, this role will be responsible for end-to-end ownership of analysis and presentation to support team goals including both development and delivery of materials, partnering with executive and peer finance teams, and executing financial planning activities. They will leverage financial modeling and systems expertise to provide solutions and identify areas of opportunity based on the needs of leadership throughout the enterprise, then lean on relationship and communication skills to generate progress across a wide range of initiatives. The role has significant responsibility and interaction with finance leadership and considerable opportunity self-directed progress. Principal Duties & Responsibilities: Serve as the central point in creation of Annual Financial Plan and Forecasts including consolidation activities, analysis of performance, and presentation of enterprise results.
Build thoughtful analysis and presentation appropriate for executive leadership to drive business decisions that align with the enterprise performance needs and strategy.
Drive process improvements by partnering with up and downstream process owners and enhance current tools/systems related to financial management.
Deep understanding of enterprise financials, business operations, and key operational drivers. Ability to cut through the noise to identify areas of focus and highest impact.
Creation of strong partnership with key financial stakeholders to understand business needs, opportunities, and areas of support. Help influence leaders to reach optimal financial decisions for the organization.
Lead ad-hoc financial strategy projects to fulfill needs of the organization including support of potential M&A transactions.

Job Specifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Financial Markets, Economics, Management Information System, Business Analytics or equivalent field
Master’s degree or CFA a plus.
Experience: Progressive experience in corporate finance, planning, strategy, M&A, or equivalent. 8-10 years preferred. In some situations, the requirements may be less if requisite knowledge and technical skills can be demonstrated.
Required to be fully proficient in MS Office and familiarity with financial systems (Workday, Oracle, SAP, or related). Preferred but not required experience in PowerBi, Tableau or other similar visualization software, as well as FP&A tools (Adaptive Planning, Hyperion).

In addition to salary, our package includes incentive plan participation and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits, as well as an initial PTO accrual of 164 hours per year. Employees also receive 11 paid holidays and 2 wellness days per year.
Eligibility to participate in an incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program and plan. Any award depends on various factors, including individual and organizational performance.
