Duties and Responsibilities
Collect and analyze data to identify opportunities for improvements and operational efficiencies.
Prepare detailed reports of findings and recommendations and communicate results to senior management.
Examine and evaluate financial and information systems and document findings.
Conduct data cleansing, validation, and transformation processes to ensure consistent and reliable data across multiple sources.
Recommend and implement controls to ensure system reliability and data integrity.
Apply system knowledge to extract, transform, and load data for analysis, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Analyze data related to client matters, financials, and operational processes to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related discipline).
5+ years experience in wealth management, finance, or a related field.
Proven experience as a data analyst with a focus on data analysis and visualization.
Solid understanding of Salesforce, including data extraction, manipulation, and reporting capabilities.
Familiarity with data cleaning, transformation, and validation techniques.
Strong SQL skills for querying and manipulating data.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
Exceptional communication skills to convey complex findings to a variety of stakeholders
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
