Description/Duties
*Would be responsible for over 15 different properties within Virginia, Maryland and District of Columbia.
* Ensure the employees are working their scheduled hours and doing a through job.
* Speak with property maintenance supervisor or property manager regarding any issues.
* Hire new personnel and discipline workers who are not working up to standards.
* Must review employees hours prior to weekly payroll
* Deliver paychecks to employees on a weekly basis and bring supplies to property once a month during the paycheck delivery.
*Ensure we stay within budget on the supplies for the properties.
* Must be hard working and have a flexible schedule, some weekends for large projects
* Must have own transportation.
We provide a gas allowance, end of the year bonus, cell phone, health, dental and vision insurance are available.
