Job Description Job Description Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversee, manage, prepare, analyze, and provide advice to wealthy families on all aspects of personal financial planning including but not limited to: Investments
Estate planning
Tax planning
Debt management
Insurance
Work closely with client families with a focus on a consultative, multigenerational approach and have a thorough and comprehensive understanding of these families
Research on investment ideas and wealth management strategies
Assessing financial decisions and situations and thinking creatively of logical plans to evaluate the client's options and put together a quantitative and qualitative analysis
Preparation of financial reports and presentations for clients
Coordination and execution of investment strategies
Responsible for attending client meetings and providing input in these meetings, talking to clients on the phone, and coordinating most of the work and communication with the client's outside advisors (CPA's, Attorney's etc.)
Managing the flow of all projects for assigned clients and driving them to completion
Must be able to profile prospects and clients regarding their values, needs, goals, and their full financial picture
Must be able to deliver highly complex holistic solutions to clients in a simple and straight forward fashion
Responsible for mentoring managers and senior analysts by training, teaching and develop their careers at the firm
Other administrative duties as assigned by management
Minimum Position Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from accredited university, graduate or professional studies including JD, LLM, CPA, or CFP
Minimum 7-10 years' of wealth advisory to high-net worth and ultra-high net worth family clients
Must have completed the CFP program, or in process of completion
Must have extensive experience working with family clients of significant wealth and ideally, understand how to optimize an industry-leading platform to serve ultra-affluent family clients
Experience and expertise in multigenerational family client advisory
Must have strong understanding of wealth management process
Ability to maintain extreme confidentiality in dealing with client matters
Must consent to and have favorable consumer report, background check and drug/alcohol test

Asset allocation and application to each client's goals
Performance reporting and how to interpret numbers
Estate planning and estate reduction strategies
Charitable planning strategies
Ability to perform property and casualty assessment
Understand how to evaluate life insurance and the product options
Knowledge and demonstrated integration of solutions across wealth management disciplines highly preferred
A well-known and expert presence with established centers-of-influence highly desirable
Proven ability to develop new business individually and in conjunction with team
Ability to be proactive and anticipate issues; works quickly and proactively to solve them
Willingness to learn, expand responsibility
