ABOUT THE JOB:
The Marketing Product Senior Manager will partner with the Commercial Product Management (PM) team to develop comprehensive campaigns in support of new product and/or ongoing GTM strategies related to our space solutions product portfolio. This includes content for omni-channel marketing as well as sales enablement materials. This role will also be a lead for marketing integration for mergers and acquisitions.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
Partner with PM team to develop and execute marketing GTM planning and execution for all product introductions/refreshes along with updates to the existing portfolio to drive awareness and adoption
This includes annual planning at a quarterly cadence in partnership with the PM team and weekly program management
Collaborate with marketing team, external partners and PM team on product branding, commercial facing messaging, collateral development, marketing launch plans, and demand generation tactics
In partnership with Strategy team, support mergers and acquisitions by planning and execution of marketing playbook (transition planning for brand and commercial activities/channels, customer communications, inclusion in company channels, demand generation cutover, etc)
Represent marketing on weekly internal status calls, and coordinate across functions and with sellers on plans and materials.
Partner with Ops/Analytics colleagues to analyze marketing performance and optimize accordingly
Develop and maintain project plans, budgets and reporting
Manage and develop direct report
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Required Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Product Marketing, Digital Marketing or Marketing Communications
8-10 yrs. experience in marketing campaign and strategic content development, execution, and optimization. Related industry experience desired
Results oriented; drive and desire to build a commercial (marketing, sales, sales enablement) career
Time management skills
Experience creating product/service related content leveraging input from multiple stakeholders and other sources of insight
Experience partnering with business leadership to translate objectives into omni-channel marketing campaigns that support brand and demand generation
Experience analyzing campaign and optimizing marketing to drive performance
Strong writing and content creation skills
