Job Details
Lead reverse engineering initiatives, conducting material analysis and precise part metrology to design replacement parts for internal repairs.
Utilize parametric modeling and GD&T skills to develop minor/major repair specifications and alternate parts for repair and new product development.
-Manage project schedules effectively, ensuring timely progress and issue resolution, and provide detailed project status reports.
Establish and maintain strategic vendor relationships to support repair/PMA supply chain needs.
Develop FAA conformity documentation, liaising with regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Provide technical guidance to support business development efforts and prepare engineering cost estimates.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Engineering or related fields.
Proven project management experience.
Proficiency in parametric modeling software and drafting.
Expertise in product design and reverse engineering processes.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English.
