About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP of Brand Marketing to join its mission of supporting mental health and well-being. This role is pivotal in solidifying the company's position as a leading mental health brand, requiring a visionary leader with a proven track record in fostering high-performing teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team that shapes consumer perception of the brand, driving brand awareness, and enabling the support of millions on their mental health journey. Key responsibilities include owning brand strategy, supercharging content marketing efforts, and collaborating across various teams to ensure a consistent brand expression.The ideal candidate for this role will have a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience, with at least 8 years in marketing leadership roles. A clear and compelling communicator, the VP of Brand Marketing will be expected to inspire and influence stakeholders at all levels, while also being tapped into cultural trends and capable of sparking social conversation.
