Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated career and customer-oriented Procurement Analyst II in Denver, CO.

The Procurement Analyst's primary function is creating and updating acquisition and assistance templates. The Procurement Analyst II assists in preparing policy and guidance, such as information alerts, acquisition operating instructions, and administrative policies and instructions. The Procurement Analyst II assists with special projects and provides direction to subordinate personnel.

Performance shall include:

Assist with creating and updating acquisition and assistance templates.

Assist in preparing policy and guidance, such as information alerts, acquisition operating instructions, and administrative policies and instructions.

Prepare, update, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) related to duties.

Assist in researching acquisition and/or assistance issues.

Maintain and contribute to weekly and monthly reporting.

Support the team in identifying ways to reduce costs through competitive sourcing initiatives.

Create complex spreadsheets, documents, reports, and presentations using e-procurement tools.

Manage the end-to-end, procure-to-pay process, including reviewing and approving Purchase Orders that align with fully executed agreements.

Support and enforce compliance with procurement policies.

Procure goods and administer Purchase Orders of moderate dollar value, risk, and complexity.

Recommend suppliers based on gathered information and may also recommend improvements to procurement processes and procedures.

Required Education and Experience:

A Bachelor's degree and 4 years of experience.

2 years of position-relevant work experience.

Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.

A High School Diploma and 8 years of experience or an Associates and 6 years of experience will be accepted in lieu of a Degree.

A candidate holding a relevant Master’s degree may be granted 2 years’ experience credit for that extra education. A candidate holding a relevant PhD degree may be granted 4 years’ experience credit for that extra education.

Desired Education and Experience:

A Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Aerospace Engineering, Operations Research, Military Science). Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, Project, and/or SharePoint.

Knowledge of ManTech procurement system.

Experience with DoD procurement activities.

Security Clearance:

No clearance required.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.

Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.

Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.

Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.

Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.

The projected compensation range for this position is $53,600-$88,600. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories. In addition, ManTech invests in it’s employees beyond just compensation.
