Are you a results-oriented professional with a passion for building strong client relationships? We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Account Executive to join our team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing client accounts, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving business growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage full set of accounts.

- Perform data entry of transactions into the accounting system.

- Conduct monthly bank reconciliation and GST reconciliation for input tax and output tax.

- Maintain settlement records and monthly Statements of Accounts (SOA) for Accounts Receivable (AR).

- Handle Accounts Payable (AP).

Prepare and submit the monthly reporting pack as per management requirements.

Prepare audit schedules and liaise with external auditors.

Maintain proper filling and records.

Ensure that accounting reports and supporting documents are in compliance with regulations, standards and practices.

Perform any other tasks as required by supervisor.

REQUIREMENTS:

Preferably at least 2 years of related working experience in the related field.

Bachelor's degree in related fields is required.

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is preferred.

Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.

Meticulous with a positive working attitude and ability to meet deadlines.

Resourceful, organized, and able to multitask.

Immediate availability to start work is advantageous.

Candidates MUST BE fluent in Mandarin as the role requires the candidate to work with products that are marketed in Mandarin.
