Job Description Job Description Anall-inclusive medical manufacturing company is looking for a National SalesManager to develop and implement an effective sales strategy. This company already has in placemanufacturing, logistics, and distribution. You will be responsible forcreating, planning, and executing salesstrategies. Need someone creative tohelp grow distribution networks and product initiatives. They sell to a wide range of industries. Primarily medicalbut also hospitality, janitorial, and food service. Products are sold direct through distributionand also private label.
The National SalesManager will use previous knowledge and experience of sales processes toprovide innovative ideas for business growth. You will be the sales authorityfor domestic and overseas manufacturers, and you will be the key facilitator indeveloping a national independent dealer network organization. You will be a critical member of theleadership team and help with organic growth. Responsibilities:
Develop national sales programs and oversee sales reps and growth
Participate and help decide new product mixes
Establish and cultivate relationships with key accounts
Negotiate and close agreements
P&L management, sales forecasting, and reports.
Market development.
Work with marketing and product development to achieve best results
Requirements:
Must have proven sales leadership experience
Experience in the medical industry
Distribution experience
Ability to think out of the box
Ability to travel extensively
