Role: Senior Software Engineer
Location: New York, NY
Work model: Hybrid (2-3 days a week in office)
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
A minimum of 10+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a track record of leading mature design teams in a tech-driven environment.
Demonstrated experience in managing or closely collaborating with user research professionals.
Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in UI/UX design, user-centered design solutions, creative strategy, mature design systems, and user research methodologies.
Proficiency in design and research tools such as Figma, UserTesting, FullStory, PowerBI, Hubspot, and Dovetail, among others.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
Excellent communication, presentation, and team management skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup/scale-up environment.
Proven capability in leading design projects from inception to completion.
Offer: Up to $200K base salary depending on experience + benefits package.
