Job Description

The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for executing effective marketing strategies, assisting with campaign development, analyzing the effectiveness of each campaign and developing our lead generation programs. He/she will play an integral role in building and engaging with the company's customer base and creating effective lead generations strategies that will promote the long-term growth of the company.

Develop new business via telephone and mass communication such as email and social media and identify appropriate buyers within the target market.

Assist with development of marketing strategies for projects, specifically company websites, advertising and social media campaigns

Develop, implement and track marketing programs such as email, social media, or digital campaigns and events

Collaborate with other internal teams (e.g. marketing, product and sales) to develop and monitor strategic marketing initiatives.

Ensure the structure, navigation and content on all websites are continuously optimized to attract and engage prospects that closely match our target market segments.

Create and maintain library of videos to be used in email campaigns, social media, training, presentations, etc.

Establish dashboards to track, analyze and report to stakeholders how each website initiative, PPC campaign and social media platform is working to achieve the states goals and objectives.

Analyze and report on the performance and efficiency of campaigns. Suggest and implement next steps based on data analysis for continuous improvement.

Create and execute lead generation programs. Analyze data to determine campaign efficiency.

Work closely with the sales team on program development and implementation.

Monitor and maintain ethical SEO strategies.

Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization

Work collaboratively with other members of the marketing team to ensure all content is optimized and consistent across all platforms and user experiences.

Work with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing programs

Assist with responding to customer requests from website.

Assist with outbound phone campaigns to targeted distributors.

Assist with special marketing projects as needed.

Gain expert level knowledge of HubSpot inbound marketing software

Requirements:

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products

Experience in HubSpot preferred
