A cannabis associate is responsible for providing our customers with exceptional service bymeeting individual needs, exceeding expectations and demonstrating excellent knowledge of products. In this role, you will also be serving as a Lift and/or NorCal Cannabis Ambassador by promoting our core values. Our Passion to bring people together is conveyed through creating a best in class cannabis retail experience. + Makes a human connection with the customer to understand their needs and suggest solutions that are the best fit for the customers lifestyle.
+ Ensures all customer questions and concerns have been attended to and the customer feels comfortable with the product being purchased
+ Meets/exceeds personal sales and KPI goals
+ Ability to deliver our values to the customer through an experiential and seamless manner
+ Engages customers in exciting product experience education and demonstration
+ Stays up to date on all products with basic product knowledge, consumption methods, effects, and what differentiates between brands and products.
+ Exercise high standards of professional maturity
+ Treats peers, leaders and partners with respect
+ Ensures all trainings and learnings, both self initiated and required by company, are completed in a timely manner
+ Takes ownership of personal growth and development by seeking constructive feedback from store leaders
+ Follows and execute all processes for operational compliance including cash/credit handling, backroom processes, customer confidentiality and inventory integrity
+ Maintains high standards of visual merchandising on the sales floor and as well as backroom
+ Ensures all displays are functional, accompanied by proper signage, and immaculate
+ Stays up to date on current promotions and inventory levels of current products and new releases.
+ Actively participates in and stays engaged with community events, outreach programs, employee activities to help build community trust and team cohesion
+ Good interpersonal skills and proven ability to positively influence people; must be capable of effectively interacting at all levels in the organization.
+ Cannabis experience is a plus
+ High level of organization, patience and flexibility
+ Minimum 21 year of age
+ 3+ years of retail or hospitality experience
+ Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
+ Proven ability to drive and exceed individual and store results
+ Ability to maintain high standards in a fast paced, dynamic, constantly evolving environment
+ Ability to work weekends and holidays
+ Follows store/company code of conduct
