Maintain customer records, including service histories and contact information
Perform quality control check when necessary.
Perform active delivery of the vehicle to the client upon completion
Keep updated on the latest technical information, service procedures, and Acura guidelines to provide accurate and reliable advice to customers
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer-facing role with Acura/Honda dealership is preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
Proven customer service and sales skills
Knowledge of automotive service and maintenance, including understanding of service procedures, recommended maintenance schedules, and warranty coverage
Basic computer skills and proficiency in using automotive service software systems
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and prioritize work effectively
Attention to detail and ability to ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping
Valid driver's license and an excellent driving record

The Service Advisor position Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation plus bonus totaling between $65,000 and $100,000 annually.
