Play an active role in helping onboard new client contacts and customers that will be using The Trade Desk platform, including the development and facilitation of platform demos and trainings.

Provide ongoing education, training and support to clients as new features and capabilities are added to The Trade Desk platform. Become an expert on the use and best practices on The Trade Desk platform and offer strategic insights to clients that help them achieve their digital marketing objectives.

Take the lead on generating strategic account plans for your portfolio, establishing bi-annual objectives and quarterly and monthly milestones for you and your BD and Trading counterparts to work towards.

Help elevate our approach to Account Management by creating training and sales materials and evangelizing best practices that benefit our clients and strengthen our partnerships.
