Our client , a multinational manufacturer of computer peripherals and software, is searching for An Operations Coordinator. This is a contract role that requires employees to be onsite every Wednesday, and the rest of the week remotely. The job description is as follows:
Job type: 6+ months renewable contract
Location: 100% remote
Pay rate: $27 per hour
As an Operations Coordinator, you:
Will help develop and support the C&D Operations Team with various projects including but not limited to: maintaining the team office spaces, organizing team events, platform administration, and general operations best practices and processes.
You will support the C&D Operations Team to help manage and create organization, streamline documentation and processes, and suggest new efficiencies and resources that can be used for the betterment of the team ongoing .
In this role you will be responsible for:
Supporting the C&D Operations Team to ensure that projects are flawlessly delivered on-time, on-budget, and on-brief
Attending to laptop and software requests
Undertaking general administrative tasks (status updates, task tracking, proactive communication)
Organizing and maintaining project folders, storage, and physical assets
Maintaining tracking spreadsheets, decks, documentation, Google Sites & Spaces
Intranet Content Coordination
Working with cross functional teams to ensure deadlines are met
Reserving office spaces for the team
Shipping products to the worldwide team
Hosting and providing support services for onsite events (including vendor relations)
Learning back end processes and platforms to ensure consistent function and service to the Creative & Design team
Supporting miscellaneous Creative & Design special projects (including but not limited to team gifts, workshops, etc..)

As an Operations Coordinator, you have:
Minimum 2+ years of project coordinator experience/current/recent graduate from an accredited university/college
Proficiency with Google Suite
Experience in high traffic project coordination in a mid to larger company
Understanding of how to use Google -- Drive, Documents, Sheets, and Slides
