About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President/Director for their Middle Market Capital Solutions Credit Fund. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving investment processes for non-sponsor, complex credit investments in lower and middle market companies. This role requires a professional with 7-10 years of experience, combining an investment banking program with direct experience in a non-sponsor focused private debt, structured equity, or special situations fund. The ideal candidate will have the ability to provide highly structured, asset-based financing solutions to borrowers, and must possess exceptional financial modeling, accounting, and valuation skills. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities are also essential.The Vice President/Director will be the key figure in underwriting, structuring, and due diligence, and should be a self-starter and team player who thrives in a collegial, inclusive, and entrepreneurial culture. Sourcing experience is a plus. It is important to note that the company will not consider candidates who finance LBOs. The role demands a professional who can quarterback the mentioned processes and is adept at working within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
