The Director of Client Relationships plays a pivotal role in driving the business strategy and growth initiatives in the architectural healthcare market. The primary focus of this role is identifying, pursuing, and securing opportunities in the Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas market, establishing and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of the firm. Serving as a “face” of the firm, the Director of Client Relationships embodies the firm’s mission and culture and effectively communicates its unique value propositions to target clients.
Essential Functions
Work with firm leadership to develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies aligned with E4H’s goals and objectives within the Texas healthcare market
Build relationships with key target clients and industry partners that ultimately lead to new business opportunities
Gather insight into key client challenges, needs and opportunities to inform strategies to secure new projects
Identify sponsorship opportunities and strategic partnerships that will enhance the brand's reputation and access to target clients
Identify emerging market trends, potential clients, and strategic partnerships to expand E4H’s market position
Generate leads through networking, market research, and proactive outreach to decision-makers
Attend industry conferences and events
Tell the E4H story by presenting and articulating the firm's expertise, capabilities, and solutions to potential clients
Understand client needs, provide insights, and collaborate with the Director of Marketing and Office Directors to develop tailored solutions for pursuits
Requirements
7+ years of experience as a professional in business development within the A/E/C industry
Prior marketing experience in the A/E/C industry with a focus on Texas healthcare market is required
Strong network and relationships within the Texas healthcare sector
Willingness to travel as needed
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Strong writing, organizational and multitasking skills
Strategic thinking, leadership capabilities, and a track record of achieving and surpassing business development targets
Familiarity with relevant software and CRM tools
Exercise high degree of integrity and a commitment to the work and the company
