Job Title: Senior Technical Product Manager
Duration: 12 month contract plus extension
Location: Local to hub – Atlanta, Frisco, Overland Park, Bellevue – hybrid
Job Description:
Must Haves:
8+ years as a Product Manager in a fast-paced technology-based environment.
Experience working at a large, enterprise company (FAANG or MAMMA)
Driving technical strategy across all IT groups
A proven outcome-based track record of coaching at the team level.
Strong ability to create presentation decks and build relationships with stakeholders
Experience partnering with peer coaches as part of a large-scale Agile transformation.
Identification, backlog management, staffing key roles and successful planning and executing of program increments.
Knowledge of Agile management and virtual collaboration tools. (e.g. Jira and Jira Align).
Extremely organized and able to manage a large team .
Strong presentation experience and interfacing with senior executives
Solid communication skills
Day to Day:
Identify the impacted platforms based on the high level solution design for the big capabilities and features.
Collaborates with architects and various other platform SMEs that are impacted by the Product features during the refinement session and creates low level design.
Communicates and shares low level technical design, inter-system dependencies, assumptions and risks with the platform SMEs. Resolve and address any design related concerns.
Aligns multiple SMEs across Platforms to a shared technical direction and strategy.
Supports the platforms in refinement sessions as needed.
Oversees end to end testing and reviews test cases to ensure coverage during integration/regression testing and aid testing team with flow design.
Coordinates deployments and releases across multiple platforms.
Lead triage and debugging calls for all defects in pre-prod and prod environments.

Solution Architects from other Products/Platforms to describe dependent impacts
Portfolio and Product Owner for Feasibility of capabilities and features
Technical SMEs, Product owners and Product Tech drivers from various Platforms to create low level designs
Integration/end to end testing team
Our enterprise level IT organization oversees all the development and delivery for internal tools used by the enterprise as well as the external/customer facing applications for users. One of our company's largest technology initiatives is an digital/agile transformation that is going to require a large upgrade to our existing systems and an implementation of new tools, systems, and capabilities. This Senior Product Manager will support the products/product managers who are delivering the new and existing products. This person will add updates to any of the processes in regards to the new delivery model, document any changes, analyze downstream/upstream impacts, and overall help with he adoption of updates to the process. This person will provide guidance through the implementation process to ensure best practices; however, because major transformation initiatives are happening across this company, this Product Manager will need to be incredibly adaptive and flexible to understand these unique situations and adjust accordingly. This individual will provide a hands-on guidance and support, and act as a trusted advisor to teams and leaders across the organization. They will also partner with the Enterprise Level coaches within the Office of Agility to ensure all groups are aligned on best practices and help keep the teams organized. Your “product” will be more holistic in the sense that the product is the overall process for the agile/R2D2/SDLC process.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
