We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Associate to join our team! The warehouse associate will be a jack of all trades, helping anywhere in the warehouse that needs it with an emphasis on quality control of completed lockers and packaging. If someone calls out, we will lean on you to pick up the slack and make sure production doesn't cease. Having experience working in assembly, shipping and receiving is preferred, but we would train the right candidate. We work hard, but take care of our employees by hosting quarterly events and providing cheap snacks and beverages. Responsibilities:
Palletize finished lockers for shipping
Follow packaging instructions to accurately package lockers for shipping
Quality control checks on all outgoing products to ensure the lockers are free from defects
Report on issues, malfunction or defective parts
Assemble locks and harnesses as needed
Pre-assemble all locker doors as needed
Keep a clean working environment by making sure the warehouse is clean and sanitary
Operate forklifts and pallet jacks
Report on and replenish inventory on the shelves when its getting low
Be a team player, able to jump in and complete work in any area that needs the help
Any other duties as instructed by your manager
Requirements High school diploma or GED required
1-2 years experience in warehouse or production environment
High-energy individual with a strong work ethic, the work is fast paced and physical
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Able to work well under pressure to output high volume, high quality work
Able to stand for long periods of time
Able to lift 50 or more pounds
Forklift certification preferred
Must have a valid drivers license
Basic math skills
