The Opportunity:
We are hiring a full time/part time Retail / Floral Associate at our San Diego and Oceanside locations to help manage day to day operations, serve as a product expert and provide excellent customer service.
Our ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative team environment, believes in the importance of creating a great customer experience, and will work to ensure every customer feels welcomed. If you have a background in retail and/or floral work, a strong work ethic & want to join a team for the long haul, we’d love to have you join our team! Responsibilities include: .
Models standards of excellence in customer service through direct interaction and handling customer complaints and issues.
Receives and stocks new product
Maintains standards of cleanliness, stocking floor and keeping back stock organized.
Assists merchandising team with new product & shop display.
Builds floral bouquets, arrangements and a la carte wedding items

Proficiency with Point of Sale system(s).
Must have a valid drivers license.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift 30 pounds above your head.
Job requires long hours on your feet.
