Construction Project Manager

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively coordinate and manage multiple tasks.
Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and oversee construction projects from conception to completion
Develop project schedules, budgets, and timelines
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met
Review and interpret project plans, schematics, and blueprints
Manage project resources, including labor, materials, and equipment
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations
Coordinate with clients to address any concerns or changes in project scope
Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Utilize construction management software (e.g., HeavyBid, Primavera) to track project milestones and deliverables
Experience:
Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role
Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
Proficient in project scheduling software and blueprint reading
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
