**Description**
**RESPONSIBILITIES for a Retail Associate Manager**
* Coach associates in building relationships with customers and understanding their needs.
* Provide Retail Store Manager with feedback and solutions to improve customer service and sales results
* Ability to handle multiple priorities and customers.
* Know and use the store systems to support the Customer Experience
* Utilize tools and resources to grow internal talent to the next level.
* Build skills and successes through continued coaching and performance assessment conversations.
* Maintain appropriate documentation of Performance Improvement Plan for Human Resources.
* Maintain a neat clean organized store environment at all times.
* Keep abreast of the rapidly evolving T-Mobile technology. Ensure that sales associates are up to speed on new products and offerings and know the sales techniques necessary to sell them.
**QUALIFICATIONS of a Retail Associate Manager**
* BA/BS degree or equivalent education through work experience
* Track record of high personal performance
* Wireless or telecom-related background required
* Some experience performance managing commissioned sales teams
* Some coaching and development skills
* Operational and financial performance management know-how
