What you'll do:

Support

Salesforce.com , user management, relevant integrations, and data flow into/out of

Salesforce.com .

Ongoing maintenance and improvements to Salesforce CPQ+, including customization of Quote Templates via Conga

Collaborate with cross functional teams to understand, document, and improve existing sales processes and data definitions

Own the onboarding and offboarding process of Salesforce users (including permissions, profiles, report/dashboard permissions, etc.)

Support the Rev Operations team in system updates and data integrity efforts

Provide reports to Rev Operations Director and internal employees as needed

Provide assistance to the field sales team to troubleshoot Salesforce / sales enablement issues and documentation

Other duties as assigned

Who you are:

15+ years of experience in SFDC administration at companies that showed fast growth (30%+ YoY) with $200M+ ARR (similar background/context as HUMAN is appreciated)

Demonstrated ability to build and maintain system integrations on a scalable manner, in alignment with the company's strategy

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Highly motivated and able to thrive and think clearly under pressure and tight deadlines

Detail oriented, organized, and demonstrated ability to multi-task and shift priorities quickly, while maintaining control with limited supervision

Team player with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a focus on business issues

Ability to work independently and in a fast paced environment, self-driven

Demonstrable competency working with spreadsheets

The base pay range for this position is $80,000- $130,000 which can include additional on-target commission pay/bonus.

The base pay offered may vary depending on location, job related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Stock options and other incentive pay may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, depending on the position ultimately offered.
