Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team in our San Jose office. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive advertising strategies, managing a substantial annual budget, and leveraging their expertise in digital advertising and ad analytics. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience working with ad agencies and a proven track record of delivering successful advertising campaigns.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Develop and implement advertising strategies that align with the marketing goals and objectives.
Data driven decision making to ensure efficient allocation and optimization of resources.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define campaign objectives, target audiences, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Create, monitor, and optimize advertising campaigns across multiple vendors and various digital platforms
Analyze campaign performance data and provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in both online & traditional advertising to ensure a competitive edge.
Maintain relationships with advertising agencies, partners for MDF and media partners to ensure successful campaign execution.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field. MBA or relevant certifications are a plus.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in advertising, with a strong background in working with ad agencies.
Proven track record of managing advertising budgets of $20 Million or more annually.
Expertise in digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads and Social media advertising.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and advertising-related software/tools.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Experience in managing large-scale, high-impact advertising campaigns.
In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, including certification.
Proficiency in using Social media advertising platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
Familiarity with ad tech and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and constantly evolving industry.
Proactive and results-driven mindset.
A strong portfolio of successful advertising campaigns and case studies.
Experience in e-commerce and/or technology industries is a plus.
Salary Range
$100,000 - $123,000
The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.
