Seeking a Credit and Collection Specialist to perform diverse credit and collection functions under direct supervision. Responsibilities include recovering delinquent accounts, maintaining credit information, and communicating professionally with customers.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Review accounts for proper payments, identifying potential credit issues, and minimizing debt exposure while establishing or adjusting credit terms based on performance.
Conduct financial analysis, interpreting numerical data to monitor credit status and days sales outstanding.
Assist in reconciling accounts and manage new accounts according to company credit guidelines.
Communicate with drivers regarding collection decisions and account credits, such as approving or denying charges for Cash On Delivery (COD) customers.
Perform other relevant duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Proficiency in keyboarding and Ten Key skills.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience in accounting, collections, administrative support, or related fields.
Working Hours: 8:30AM-5PM
