Service Dispatch Supervisor

Overview:
Datawatch Systems, Inc. is seeking a Service Dispatch Supervisor based out of our Bethesda, Maryland headquarters. The Service Dispatch Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the Service Dispatch team and a small group of technicians during the evening hours. They will support the Service Technicians as they complete tickets and coordinate service calls with the customer. The schedule for this position is Monday - Friday, 2 pm - 10 pm.
Pay rate is $25-30/hour plus benefits and paid time off. All applicants must be willing to submit to a drug screening and criminal background check. EOE/M/F/D/V
Responsibilities:
Oversee and Train the Service Dispatch Team
Manage the Service Ticket Queue
Schedule and dispatch technicians
Create work orders and assist with equipment requests
Create and complete service proposals
Monitor phone and service ticket volume
Supervise small group of technicians
Provide technical support to technicians/contractors as needed
Troubleshoot service requests prior to entering work order ticket
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years' experience working in access control
Minimum 2 years' experience providing client support
High school diploma or equivalent
Bachelor's degree preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Strong general knowledge of the access control industry
Able to multitask and exceptional organizational skills
Display sound judgement and critical thinking skills
Active listener and excellent communicator
