* Provide or support high-quality project delivery services in line with the strategic objectives of the business
* Manage at least 5-6 large accounts and bring new business from the existing accounts
* Seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and strengthen client relationships
* Provide leadership to project teams up to 100 team members in the pyramid for small to large projects simultaneously. Work closely with skill heads and leads to maintaining the quality, timelines, and profitability through synergy
* Coach and mentor the project management team for their overall development
* Own project profitability, monitor and analyze effort, schedule, quality variance and take appropriate steps to minimize any negative variances. Where needed, be involved at a deeper level and work hands-on
