3Ci is seeking a skilled Support Engineer to join their Client's dynamic team in Atlanta. As a Support Engineer , you will be responsible for providing Level 1-1.5 support, including but not limited to basic PC repair, troubleshooting, Active Directory management, ServiceNow ticket handling, and O365 administration. Additionally, the role may involve offering desk-side support as needed within the office premises. On-site presence required for 5 days a week. No on-call duties. Required Education and Experience High School diploma
3+ years of experience in service desk roles
2+ years of Help/Service Desk experience
Experience in at least two of the following areas: Active Directory Users and Computers, Service Now, Office 365 Administration, IT networking, PowerShell Scripting, Telephony & Voice Integration/Troubleshooting
General Requirements Proficiency in Active Directory, ServiceNow, and O365 Administration
Strong team attitude and communication skills
Preferred Requirements AA/BA/BS degree
Advanced technical training
