Join our opening Management team for our brand new 500-Room Hotel opening in Dallas, Texas. We are looking for an experienced hospitality professional with extensive experience in the industry to lead teams to create a 5 Star experience for our guest
Responsibilities
Oversee and manage all operational aspects of the hotel to ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations.
Lead and direct department heads in guest services, housekeeping, front desk, food and beverage, maintenance, and administration.
Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain high service standards and guest satisfaction.
Manage departmental budgets and financial performance to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
Recruit, train, and mentor departmental managers and staff to deliver exceptional service and uphold brand standards.
Monitor and evaluate guest feedback, operational metrics, and industry trends to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic initiatives.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive revenue through effective pricing strategies, promotions, and guest loyalty programs.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, health and safety standards, and company policies.
Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, collaboration, and employee engagement.
Represent the hotel in the local community and build relationships with key stakeholders and business partners.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
Extensive experience in hotel operations management, with at least 5-7 years of progressive leadership experience in a large-scale hotel environment.
Proven track record of successfully managing hotel operations, driving revenue growth, and achieving financial targets.
Strong understanding of hospitality industry trends, market dynamics, and guest preferences.
Salary Range: 180,000-220,000
(Salary is based solely on experience and prior education)
