Operations and Client Service Manager | Chicago, Illinois Judson Group has partnered with a growing, well-respected RIA in the search for an Operations and Client Service Manager . The Operations and Client Service Manager is responsible for supporting the operational and portfolio management needs of the firm.
The ideal candidate has previous financial services experience, including familiarity with CRM, portfolio accounting and reporting systems, and exceptional client service experience.
Responsibilities:
Perform routine data quality assurance procedures across various resources including CRM, portfolio accounting and reporting systems
Responsible for processing all fund transfers and new account setup
Aid in the creation, maintenance, and monitoring of operational workflows
Responsible for developing a strong knowledge of the firm’s software packages and technologies
Play a vital role in the firm’s reporting needs
Ability to improve operational efficiencies and best practices
Responsible for front end functions including manning phones, office operations, and marketing

Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Previous financial services/wealth management experience preferred
Experience using Tamarac, Advent AXYES, Junxure
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Strong proficiency in all Microsoft Office programs
