RECRUITMENT PERIOD: One Month, Applicants will be screened after two weeks; and then on a weekly basis. The position can be filled prior to the removal date.

Responsibilities
The Director of Business Operations advises the Director of Radiology on strategic planning and provides administrative leadership and direction within Radiology to ensure achievement of the division's strategic and operational plans. This role develops, monitors, and executes long and short-term Radiology strategic plans, financial budgets, informatics support, operational efficiency (key performance indicators), and allocation management measurement for Radiology. This position handles the financial, budgetary, and business-related operations for Radiology. This includes development and oversight of operating expense and revenue budgets, financial analysis and reporting, volume and budget analysis projections, as well as FTE budget control and implementation procedures. The Business Director coordinates, maintains, evaluates, researches, and corrects any issues that pertain to safety, medical products, and environment for all departments within Radiology. This includes procurement of complex or highly technical supplies, capital and non-capital equipment, capital improvement projects, equipment inventory, and vendor contracts. The Director of Business Operations, implements and maintains the financial and business goals and objectives which assure fiscally viable and optimal service delivery in all areas of Radiology. Responsible for managing, preparing, administering, and directing resources. Reviews and approves recommendations for functional programs. Involved in developing, modifying, and executing organizational policies that affect immediate operations and may also have organization-wide effect. Areas of direct management responsibility include:
Business operations, administrative support, billing and charges, analysis of revenue and expenses, budget preparation and analysis, procurement activities and processes, capital equipment management, equipment replacement, business contracts and grant management. This role ensures that all areas operate within the established policies and procedures and in compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and guidelines.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related disciplinary field such as Health Administration, Business Administration or Radiology, or equivalent experience/training.
Three (3) years recent management experience or equivalent responsible leadership experience
Must possess management, operational and regulatory healthcare administration knowledge and experience
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in in a related disciplinary field such as Health Administration, Business Administration or Radiology, or equivalent experience/training.
Five (5) or more years recent management experience in Radiology.
Experience leading process improvement teams/knowledge of LEAN/Project Management
Special Requirements
This position may be subject to a criminal background investigation, drug screen, Live Scan fingerprinting, medical evaluation clearance, and functional capacity assessment.
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays if needed
