Labor and Employment Associate Attorney

A law firm in Indianapolis, IN, is seeking a highly qualified Labor and Employment Associate Attorney. The ideal candidate should have 3-4 years of experience in employment law, possess a good academic record, and demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills.
Duties:
Provide legal counsel and representation to clients on labor and employment matters.
Conduct legal research and analysis to address client needs and develop legal strategies.
Draft, review, and negotiate employment agreements, policies, and related documents.
Advise clients on employment compliance, discrimination, harassment, and other labor-related issues.
Represent clients in labor and employment-related litigation, including wrongful termination and discrimination cases.
Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients to develop legal solutions and case strategies.
Keep clients informed about changes in employment laws and regulations.
Maintain organized case files, records, and documentation for efficient case management.
Requirements:
3-4 years of experience in employment law.
Good academic record.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Education:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
Certifications:
State Bar admission in Indiana.
