We are currently seeking an Technical Support Representative (MSP) to join the Service Desk team.
The Technical Support Representative (MSP) will be joining an organized, down to earth company culture with a heavy focus on career growth and collaboration. The Technical Support Representative (MSP) will be responsible for Tier 1 reactive support and will have the opportunity to work along side the projects team to gain exposure to more Tier 2+ work and grow into a System Administrator or Project Engineer.
Technical Support Representative (MSP) Responsibilities:
Support Azure, VMware, and Windows Server environments remotely within a team environment
Manage accounts in active directory, complete password resets, provide printer support
Troubleshooting and some administration of Office 365 and Microsoft Azure
Technical Support Representative (MSP) Requirements:
Experience with Windows Server 2012/2016, Exchange 2013/2016
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
6+ months experience with O365 and Active Directory
6 months+ MSP experience required
Technical Support Representative (MSP) Benefits:
Salary $40,000-$50,000
