Daily Responsibilities:

Carry out full life-cycle recruiting including cold calling, prescreening candidates, reviewing resumes, assessing applications, and initiating first-round interviews.
Effectively recruit the best-qualified candidates by performing full-lifecycle recruiting including sourcing and phone interviews for various government projects.
Partner with the HR Director to ensure a full understanding of business requirements to successfully assess quality candidates for hiring needs.
Research and provide ideas on new technologies and tools that may assist with identifying hard-to-find candidates and passive job seekers.
Networking extensively in the marketplace to ensure access to the best and brightest talent.
Organize and prioritize projects in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented, and rapidly changing environment.
Source candidates utilizing online resume databases, proprietary resume databases, and networking.
Maintain Recruiting Management
Qualifications:
Required :
Recruiting experience across multiple departments
Interviewing, communication, and organizational skills
Knowledge and use of Boolean search techniques
Excellent communication, and negotiation skills
Proven success working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
Preferred :
Business development, cold calling, or recruiting experience
Experience working with recruiting tools like LinkedIn
Education & Experience:
Education :
Associate degree or equivalent work experience
Experience :
2-3 Years of related experience
