Help Desk Specialist

GridIron IT is seeking a Help Desk specialist local to San Antonio, TX.

Clearance: Top Secret/SCI Eligible

Monitoring and management skills and experience - Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, etc.) are preferred but not required

Ability to monitor and interpret system/tool output and understand an issue is present, along with submit a required trouble ticket to engage break-fix or higher level resources

Responsible in owning actions and follow up

Solid communication skills as it relates to team, program and customer interactions

Critical that the individual be a team player
