We're looking for a motivated and experienced project manager to join the Autodesk Education Experiences (AEX) team and help manage business transformational projects from initiation through delivery. You'll be a member of the Product Operations and Customer Success team, focused on ensuring that education customers across the world have easy access to Autodesk products and services. You will report to the Director, Business Process. We are hybrid and remote friendly. We come onsite when needed for meaningful meetings.
Responsibilities
Develop project plans and schedules. Assist team members in planning, estimating, and controlling tasks. Ensure that interfaces are recognized, and tasks are integrated. Perform critical path analysis and develop action plans to mitigate risk. Identify alternative solutions
Monitor project to ensure completion within defined schedule and quality parameters.
You will analyze project metrics and trends to evaluate overall success. Anticipate potential issues and escalate to manager
You will contribute to development of Project Management processes and measures as we establish our team
Ensure meetings from definition of objectives through facilitation to result in desired, actionable outcome
Perform project plan analysis. evaluating risk, developing risk mitigation plans, and ensuring retrospectives are scheduled
Establish productive team member management practices
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant field
2+ years of relevant experience, within an IT-related field
Experience leading a team to achieve project objectives
Experience working within complex matrix organization team of technical experts, engineers, subject matter experts, and other project managers
Editing skills, and command of spelling, grammar, and syntax rules
Experience working in both Waterfall and Agile development environments

Salary transparency
Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $86,500 and $149,270. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.
